The Keystone Rd overlay was NOT in place at that time; that overlay was created in 1993. Also attached is the copy of a portion of the Jan 21, 1980 zoning map that shows the se corner of 116th and Keystone as zoned R -4. As listed in the attached R4 regulations from the 1980 zoning ordinance, the front yard is 25 -ft and the land use is allowed by a Special Use /Exception from the BZA. This land use was approved by the BZA in 1970 under docket no BA- 16 -70. Let me know if you need anything else. I am seeking to determine (1) what the property at the southeast corner of 116th Street and Keystone was zoned in 1979, and (2) what the front yard setback requirement was for that same property in 1979. Once this information is determined, I would like to request a copy of (1) the relevant portion of the zoning map and (2) the applicable setback provision.
