12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPEDITE PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF ALL SHOP DRAWINGS TO
ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR GHEGKING FABRICATION AND /OR ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT.
13. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL MATERIAL AND LABOR,
SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST QUALITY STANDARDS OF THE RESPECTED TRADE. THE
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL WORK SHALL BE IN
