MEASUREMENTS. IF JOB CONDITIONS PREVENT OBTAINING DIMENSIONS OR RESULTS AS SHOWN OR
SPECIFIED, CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMING LAN50N d LONDON, INC. BEFORE
ANY CONSTRUCTION 15 COMPLETED.

10. ALL DETAILS, MATERIALS, AND INSTALLATIONS OF SAME ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL BY

11. SHOP DRAWINGS OR CATALOG CUTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO LAM50N d LONDON, INC., ON ALL
MATERIALS OR ITEMS IF THE CONTRACTOR CHOOSES TO DEVIATE FROM THAT SHOWN ON THE
DRAWINGS OR IF THE DRAWING DOES NOT INDICATE A SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER OR MODEL NUMBER.
12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPEDITE PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF ALL SHOP DRAWINGS TO
ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR CHECKING FABRICATION AND /OR ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT,
13. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL MATERIAL AND LABOR,
SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST QUALITY STANDARDS OF THE RESPECTED TRADE. THE
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL WORK SHALL BE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE UNIFORM BUILDING CODES AND STANDARDS FOR ALL GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL WORK AND LOCAL AND FEDERAL CODES AND
STANDARDS.
14. ALL TRADE CONTRACTORS SHALL WARRANTY ALL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR ONE YEAR FROM
DATE OF CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION.
15. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE LANDLORD, DAILY WORKING HOURS,
WEEKEND HOURS AND HOURS THAT MAY BE WORKED PRIOR TO AND DURING HOLIDAYS.
16. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL ESTABLISH WITH THE LANDLORD GLEAN -UP PROCEDURES AND
6UIDELINE5 TO BE FOLLOWED ON A DAILY BA515 IN ORDER TO CONDUCT BU51NE55 IN A SAFE AND
GLEAN ENVIRONMENT. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ELEVATOR USE AND PROTECT
THE ELEVATOR GABS AS THE LANDLORD REQUIRES.
I-7. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED PATHWAY TO ALL EXITS
DURING DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION.
18. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE LANDLORD, AN AREA FOR STAGING OF
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, DUMP5TER AND PARKING CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY
VEHICLES. THE USE OF EXISTING RE5TROOM FACILITIES SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE LANDLORD.
ONLY THOSE DESIGNATED AREAS SHALL BE USED BY CONSTRUCTION CREWS.
Iq. IN CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI - TENANT FLOOR, OR A REMODEL OF EXISTING TENANT, THE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR SHALL USE DUST PARTITIONS TO MINIMIZE DISTURBANCES OF DAILY TENANT
OPERATIONS DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WORK. DUST PARTITIONS SHALL BE
CONSTRUCTED OF 2 X 4 WOOD STUDS AT 24" ON CENTER, INSULATION AND 6 MIL VAPOR BARRIER ON
EACH SIDE. DUST PARTITIONS SHALL EXTEND FROM FLOOR TO CEILING. THE USE AND LOCATION OF
DUST PARTITIONS SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE LANDLORD.
20. CONTRACTOR TO ALLOW FOR UNLEVEL FLOOR CONDITIONS. ALL EXISTING FLOOR AND WALL SUBSTRATES
SHALL BE LEVELED AND PATCHED AS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES.
ADJUST DOORS AND FRAMES AS REQUIRED.
