Dear Steven;
At the meeting held November 16, 2004 the Carmel Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the
Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage Amendment (ADLS Amend) approvals for the property located at 13085
Hamilton Crossing Boulevard.
APPROVED: Docket 04110023 ADLS Amend. The Commission approved the request five (5) in favor zero (0)
opposed thereby granting the petition.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
