The petitioner proposes a new commercial structure, parking, and signage. The site is
located at the southeast corner of 106th Street and Michigan Road. The site is zoned
B3/Business and is within the US 421 Corridor Overlay.
Filed by Craig May for PR Block C, LLC.
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a commercial building just south of the existing
Bank One site along Michigan Road. Please see the informational booklet submitted by the
applicant for additional information.
The Department is in support of the request and would like to see the applicant address the
following items outlined below:

Provide detail with regard to proposed wall signs (i.e. type of illumination, color, etc.)
Call out colors of building materials and fixtures on the elevations.
Verify the location of the proposed ground sign.
We request that the applicant use the same pole light fixtures as the adjacent site.
Provide details on ground sign illumination type.
The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee
on March 1st for further discussion.
