CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission on February 15, 2005 at
7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon the Architectural Design, Exterior Lighting, Landscaping & Signage and
Development Plan Applications filed by Edward Rose Properties, Inc. ("Applicant") to develop
three multi-family residential buildings on 2.5 acres of land located southeast of the intersection
of Pennsylvania Street and 131st Street (to the east of the existing Manor Healthcare facility),
within the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana ("Real Estate").
The Real Estate affected by said application is described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township
18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence
North 88 degrees 44 minutes 05 seconds East along the South line of said Quarter
Quarter Section 999.93 feet to the Southeast comer of land described in
Instrument No. 95-54504, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton
County, Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes 27 seconds West along the
East line of said described land 365.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 34 seconds West 201.48 feet; thence North
00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds West 650.00 feet to the North line of said
described land; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 49 seconds East along said
North line 61.97 feet; thence South 01 degrees 12 minutes 11 seconds East 141.56
feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 33 seconds East 137.82 feet to the East
line of said described land; thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes 27 seconds East
along said East line 509.69 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 2.567
acres, lnore or less.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
Interested persons may also file written comments prior to the meeting. The hearing may be
