At the meeting held January 18, 2005 the Plan Commission took the following action regarding the Primary Plat (PP)
and the Subdivision Waiver (SW) approvals for the property located at the NW comer of 121st Street and Shelbome
Road.
APPROVED: Docket 04100034 PP & 04100035 SW. The Commission approved the requests eight (8) in favor zero
(0) opposed thereby granting the petition.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
