I saw a crane installing something when I was on the Monon earlier and I’m pretty sure it was being installed. They have applied for the building permit (12050076) but it hasn’t been released yet because Bruce Knott at CFD has outstanding issues to be clarified. The main concern is how close it is to the fire pit that is next to it. Do you know where we stand on the Parks & Rec Impact fees for this project? The fee for 202 units at the time the project started would be $254,722, but there is a note saying Keystone had requested a waiver/modification of this amount.
