Good afternoon, Nick –
I am writing up a zoning compliance letter for this JC Hart development, and they have also asked for copies of the
Certificates of Occupancy for this development. Can you please get those for me?
Also, they want to know if there are any open zoning code violations or building code violations for the development.
The tax ID parcel number is 1709360000060001 with an address of 0 College Ave. But, here is the general address of the
site: 760 Walkabout Circle N.

If the detached garages do not have any amenities that would justify an inspection by us, then we have always felt that
it was not necessary. In the past we have even been asked to inspect a small wooden structure that covered some mail
boxes in an apartment complex! I know it probably just gets put in with all the other projects and so we usually don’t
say anything, but really we would do nothing more than your department does for a detached garage or anything like
that.

Eric with Penn Circle called in asking for his C/O and when I said I would need to verify he has passed CFD he said he was told these didn’t need to be
inspected because they’re not lived in. You reviewed the plans on 7/12 so I would assume you would want to inspect each building, correct?

Landscaping will not be feasible for any full C/O’s. So please give temporary C/O’s to all the buildings at One
One Six College Apts. You can put a deadline for the temp for 11/1/12.
Mike said they will be landscaping some, but I told him I will wait till fall to inspect. He said fine as long as
there are temps.

one name" Walkabout Way" even thought it has directional's(which will remain as well) and it runs basically like a circle and is a
continuous street that we should address it as a continuous street going from one entrance to the other. Since it seems to go basically
east to west if you were to stretch the street out...it would be best to have the addresses run consecutively rather them have a 5 digit
going north then when you turn and go either east or west they run into 3 digit it would cause some confusion especially for Public
Safety response. We thought it would be an easier way to locate where you are going. We have discussed this with Mike
Kiminski(sp?)
