Attached is a copy of a letter from Sodemann and Associates that states the maximum number of times backwashing should occur is twice a year and that a backwash generates approximately 300 gallons of water. While we only anticipate one backwash per season, I think the letter provides a fair conservative estimate. Hopefully based on our previous discussion this is what you needed and meets with your approval. If you need additional information or clarification please let me know. Thank you! I am not showing inverts in and out of the manhole, simply because we do not know how deep the existing is. I am confident that it will work once we open things up, but I can’t tell you precise elevations at this time. Please let me know if you have all that you need. We need to bore the sanitary line as soon as this Friday to stay on schedule. The Carmel –Clay Board of Parks and Recreation Water Park Enhancement Project consists of the new construction a 1,000 square foot masonry, flat roofed pump house/restroom building within the boundary of the existing water park. Adjacent to the building, a concrete tank will be constructed to accommodate a FlowRider which is a new attraction to the water park. The new ride and building will be surrounded by a circular brick retaining wall, and concrete sidewalks.
