He called today and asked about the “$2800 water connection” and if they could pay this in installments. I told him first of all
the latest I had heard was water was not available as far as I knew was not part of the project, and second that the institutional
water availability fee may be quite a bit more than the residential fee, but they would have to call you to find out for sure.

It appears from the emails you forwarded that most departments are OK with the project with the exception of Planning & Zoning.
You will need to work with Angie Conn to get the approval of the department and once you have that, we would be OK to take in the
plans assuming you have the state release.
As I mentioned the other day, we would either need a State of Indiana Construction Design Release (CDR) or a letter of exemption
from your architect. You can call the state at (317) 232-6422 if you have any questions on their submittal process.

Lockwood said he would look into making some of the changes that the BZA requested. Here is a

If you recall, there was discussion about the building architecture at the BZA meeting last year. Dennis Lockwood said
he would look into making some of the changes that the BZA requested. Here is a website link to those BZA meeting

I hope we can work this out with an administrative review/approval. Otherwise, you would have to appear before a plan

I have no concerns/jurisdiction over the actual building or construction method. My area of purview is the overall site
and the drainage, for which I need civil site plans and drainage calculations. I had meet with Richard Albright on this a
few months ago, but have not heard anything since. We need to get this worked out before the project gets too far
along, otherwise we might have to stop the progress you are wanting to make, but I truly hope it does not come to that
point. If you have any questions, please let me know.
