I told him first of all the latest I had heard was water was not available as far as I knew was not part of the project, and second that the institutional water availability fee may be quite a bit more than the residential fee, but they would have to call you to find out for sure. Wardwell – If you recall, there was discussion about the building architecture at the BZA meeting last year. Dennis Lockwood said he would look into making some of the changes that the BZA requested. My area of purview is the overall site and the drainage, for which I need civil site plans and drainage calculations. I had meet with Richard Albright on this a few months ago, but have not heard anything since. We need to get this worked out before the project gets too far along, otherwise we might have to stop the progress you are wanting to make, but I truly hope it does not come to that point.
