Carmel Nick, FYI, I did not received a State CDR for permit # 12060166, 14598 Oak Ridge Rd., Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. I called and asked about it last week and Jim Called me back and indicated that the permit applicant had been informed to obtain a State CDR. I just wanted to keep you in the loop on this and let you know that my review is on hold until I receive a State CDR. There has been some earth moving activity going on there and speculation of a new parking lot, but I have not seen or heard anything. We already have drainage problems from the runoff from this site and things changing that would create more runoff would concern us. Please let me know if you are aware of what is going on.
