Chris, I’m still waiting on Caeser to sign the green affidavit stickers. Do you want the hard copy of the plans in the meantime or
would you prefer I wait until we have the signed stickers on there.

Nick
Please check with Jim Blanchard regarding the state release.
In my meeting with him on site, he had asked me to submit the drawings for review as is. He was
going to let me know whether we needed to submit to State or not per the fire Marshall's office. I
need to know if that plan has changed.
I will bring in a revised set of the plans, the application, and site plan tomorrow morning to your
office.
Thanks

Application
CD or PDF of building plans
State Release if applicable (If state release not required we will need a letter from architect stating project is exempt)
Site plan showing where the press box will sit on the property.
Review time should be less than a week.

Angie-
I have reviewed the plans and the size of the improvement they are doing just does not justify us
requiring drainage improvements. If you would let them know we are not requiring anything from them
on this project, but if they could look at ways to slow down the runoff from their sport complex, it would
be appreciated by our office. If they would like some help in coming up with ways to slow the runoff,
have them contact me and I would be happy to work with them.
Thanks for your help on this matter.
