1. schedule and pass your CFD inspection
2. schedule your final with our office and the inspection would need to show that there are no issues except incomplete
landscaping.

This is fine, thanks. Just give me an call or email when the inspection for landscaping is ready. Please remember to have
the contractor follow the tree planting detail on the plan, the inspection will fail if the burlap, twine, ect is not removed.

Per our conversation this morning find attached list of plant material to be replaced at Tom Wood Jaguar and notice that
they are planning on substituting 5 evergreen trees for 15 of the yews along the front edge of the used car lot due to the
harsh conditions that killed the yews when they were planted originally. We are requesting a temp co for up to three
weeks to allow owners landscaper to get all materials replaced.

I can make the 10:30 meeting on Monday. The following are my comments on the Tom Wood Jaguar Building Expansion
Project;
1. Based on the disturbance of over 10,890 sq feet, the project will have to comply with our Storm Water Permit
Requirements. Please provide a Construction and Post Construction SWPPP in the attached format for review.
2. Two post-construction storm water quality BMPs will be required for the project. We can talk about this Monday if we
have time.
3. Please submit a storm water permit application for the project.
4. Please specify erosion control blanket on the slope along the parking lot edge.
5. Please indicate a concrete washout location and provide a detail.
6. Please provide an Operation and Maintenance Manual consistent with Item #5 of the Post-Construction SWPPP
requirements for review.

Good afternoon-
I just received plans from Paul Hayhurst with CPM Construction for an addition to Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover & Volvo at
4620 E. 96th St. This addition will be 2,884 square feet and will be a new detail/clean-up shop for the dealership. I have attached
the building plans.
Please let me know if there is any additional information you will need prior to us reviewing the building permit.
