The following are my comments on the Tom Wood Jaguar Building Expansion Project; 1. Based on the disturbance of over 10,890 sq feet, the project will have to comply with our Storm Water Permit Requirements. Please provide a Construction and Post Construction SWPPP in the attached format for review. 2. Two post-construction storm water quality BMPs will be required for the project. We can talk about this Monday if we have time. 3. Please submit a storm water permit application for the project. 4. Please specify erosion control blanket on the slope along the parking lot edge. 5. Please indicate a concrete washout location and provide a detail. 6. Please provide an Operation and Maintenance Manual consistent with Item #5 of the Post-Construction SWPPP requirements for review.
