If the project is over 1 acre, then the Rule 5 permit may be submitted to IDEM at this time. Mark Adams has the approved Right of Way permit. Please schedule and hold a pre-construction meeting with Dan Greskamp before resuming construction. A storm water permit has not be issued for the project. Only demolition has been authorized. All work related to the construction documents must stop on site until the following is completed; 1. Final Sets have been submitted for stamp and signature. 2. The Right of Way Bond and the Storm Water Bond have been submitted. 3. The Storm Water Permit has been issued. 4. The Pre-Construction meeting has been held. An inspector will check the site tomorrow to make sure nothing other than demolition is occuring. A formal stop work order will be placed on the site if necessary.
