The Planning Dept. is okay with them moving forward with doing the foundation work. Architectural building elevations
have been approved.
Some side issues that still need to be resolved are Kite Realty finalizing/recording the Commitments about the sidewalk
along Range Line Rd. for the entire development, and also them finalizing the design/location for the trash compactor
they propose behind City BBQ.

Jeremy – I went ahead and scanned in the elevations we had that also show which windows will be spandrel vs. clear vs.
frosted, and I attached those to the pdf you sent me yesterday. Attached are the stamped/approved architectural
building elevations for Walgreens!
Nick – we might need to hold off in issuing the final C/O for this building, if the trash compactor item is not approved by
then for that area behind City BBQ.

I received plans for a new Walgreens at 1424 S. Range Line Rd. This is a new 18,022 sq foot commercial building being constructed by Meyer &
Najem. I have attached a few of the building plans.
Please let me know what you will need prior to the permit being issued. I have copied Jeff Mroz on this email as well. Please copy Jeff when you send
your response.
