I am not sure if the contractor has provided a revised drawing to you but I wanted to make sure you received the
attached updated floor plan.
We have indicated an exit door out of the tank room as requested. See door 155A, exit path through parts and out door

Attached is the latest landscape plan. We had to make some tweaks to the front landscape area along 96th Street to
incorporate a stormwater BMP (called the Epic System) per John Thomas in this area. We moved the trees in this area
to either end and to the two landscape islands in the rear of the property. Also, we revised a couple plantings that we
feel would work better within the BMP. The owner, architect and contractor are reviewing these plans, so we may have
a few more edits. In the meantime, let us know if you see any issues with this latest plan. Thanks for your help.

I have reviewed the submitted plans and have a couple concerns. Along the front landscaping multiple 1 ZS’s are show
as labeling 3 small circles. Can you address this discrepancy? Also, the planting details are a bit blurry. Please use the
attached details as a new copy. Also, removing the evergreen detail and increasing the size of the other two, if
readability is tied to size, may help the legibility.

Mike,
Attached is the landscape plan; however, we will be making some changes to it. Daren Mindham with Carmel is aware
that changes are forthcoming. The main change is along the 96th Street frontage. Now that I finally (just this week)
heard back from Carmel that they will be approving our drainage plan without underground detention, I have to make
some tweaks to the Epic System BMP along the front. This Epic System is going to act as one of our stormwater filters.
It was a request from John Thomas with Carmel. This system will actually provide some natural irrigation to the plants in
this area. So we will be making sure the plants selected are appropriate. In addition, we may be taking the trees out of
this front area because they may get in the way of the Epic System. Daren Mindham is okay with this as long as they are
relocated elsewhere on the property. CPM has details of this Epic System. Sorry for the long winded message.
We will be making the revisions to the landscape plan the week of July 8th because both Mike Terry and I will be out of
the office most of next week. In the meantime, if CPM could get some comments and/or suggestions from the various
landscapers or nurseries, we can try to incorporate some of their suggestions into the revised plan, as well.

Attached is the landscape plan; however, we will be making some changes to it. Daren Mindham with Carmel is aware
that changes are forthcoming. The main change is along the 96th Street frontage. Now that I finally (just this week)
heard back from Carmel that they will be approving our drainage plan without underground detention, I have to make
some tweaks to the Epic System BMP along the front. This Epic System is going to act as one of our stormwater filters.
It was a request from John Thomas with Carmel. This system will actually provide some natural irrigation to the plants in
this area. So we will be making sure the plants selected are appropriate. In addition, we may be taking the trees out of
this front area because they may get in the way of the Epic System. Daren Mindham is okay with this as long as they are
relocated elsewhere on the property. CPM has details of this Epic System. Sorry for the long winded message.
We will be making the revisions to the landscape plan the week of July 8th because both Mike Terry and I will be out of
the office most of next week. In the meantime, if CPM could get some comments and/or suggestions from the various
landscapers or nurseries, we can try to incorporate some of their suggestions into the revised plan, as well.

I just received building plans for a proposed auto dealership facility for Tom Wood Subaru. This will be a 19,006 square foot building located at 9230 E.

Daren, just to clarify, there is also a Tom Wood Subaru rebuild at 9727 E. Bauer Dr. that has already received a permit (13040194). That project is an
interior rebuild.
The new project is a brand new facility at 9230 E. 96th St. I will wait until I have all approvals to issue this one.

We have yet to finalize it. I am still working through Carmel Engineering. For the landscape strip across the front, I may
be adding a water quality feature (per John Thomas' request) that will in effect help irrigate the area. I may need to
relocate some proposed trees to the back because of this water quality feature, however. Do you know if there would be
any issues with that? Any issues with the BZA approval?

I just received building plans for a proposed auto dealership facility for Tom Wood Subaru. This will be a 19,006 square foot building located at 9230 E.
96th St. I have attached a few of the plans that show the scope of the project.
Please let me know what you will need from the builder prior to our release of the permit. I have copied Damien Brown with CPM Construction if you
have any questions for him as well.
