Hi Rachel. "In response to comments at the last meeting, we have added around 1,600sf of brick to the West elevation.
We added one story of brick at the North &South ends,which are most visible to neighboring residences. In the less
visible middle of the elevation, which is directly adjacent to the Pump Station, we added brick up to the window sills.
This brick wainscot also allows us to continue to emphasize the vertical massing elements of the Bumpout& Entry.
Attached are the sheets showing the changes. I am attaching some drawings to clarify bracket locations. I will also be
sending a 24x36 set to you with all the updated sheets. Please contact me if you have questions or comments.Thanks. ^'

am assuming (dangerous)that Drew is bringing the revised plans with the dimensions.

2-Six Car Garages We will add a 2'-4" high (to match a height found on the main building) masonry base on rear&
side elevs(I don't think we need brick in between the overhead doors).
3-Site Sign The sign face has not been finally designed but will be complimentary to the signage for the
overall development and the apartment signage.
4-New Path Striping I have emailed Eric Carter to see if this is something he can add today.
5-Building Offsets I have added dimensions to the last 1st Floor Plan we submitted, but I will state the dimensions
here:
