You can contact them at 571-2441 if you need additional info or explanation. Also, a representative from the Carmel/Clay Schools reviewed the petition, and I have not heard of any concerns. They are able to accommodate. Apartments help add diversity to the housing types provided in Carmel, and our Dept. supports that. May I ask, is that an entrance on City Center Drive, opposite the one to Timber Creek? That would be a problem.
