Good morning, Fern –
The City Engineering Dept. reviewed the locations of all the access points and are comfortable with them. You can
contact them at 571-2441 if you need additional info or explanation.
Also, a representative from the Carmel/Clay Schools reviewed the petition, and I have not heard of any concerns. They
are able to accommodate.
Apartments help add diversity to the housing types provided in Carmel, and our Dept. supports that.
Thanks,

Thank you Angie.
May I ask, is that an entrance on City Center Drive, opposite the one to
Timber Creek? That would be a problem.
What do you think of the concerns about school population growth/property
taxes - re: the apartments planned?
as ever, Fern

Hi, Fern –
concept plan
Attached is the for Atapco, and yes, it does take into account pedestrian connectivity and safety,
and the actual PUD Ordinance text also discusses pedestrian connectivity, providing sidewalks, and paths, etc.
