In addition to the commitments contained in the Application and Plans and Specifications submitted in support of the Application, Petitioner commits to the following: o The petitioner shall use good faith efforts to limit the idling of trucks that are waiting to load or unload. , Loading and off-loading of trucks between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will be restricted to tasks that can be accomplished within the building.
