Dear Planning Staff and Commissioners,
WT Development Corporation on behalf of Burger King Corporation respectfully
requests review and approval of our plans to remove the existing playground structure,
fencing and shrubbery and install a new patio with outdoor seating and upgraded
shrubbery. We believe that this will be a benefit to the facility and the surrounding
community and our customers.
I've enclosed two copies of the required submittals for review and processing. There are
no changes proposed for parking, drainage, signage or lot lighting.
Please contact me with meeting dates, submittal fees and/or additional information
required to process this application.
