The site is located at the northeast corner of 116th St. and Keystone Ave. The site is zoned B-3 within the US 431 Overlay Zone. Filed by Matt Skelton of Bingham McHale for Eclipse Real Estate. The applicant is requesting approval to allow one after hours delivery to Starbucks that will occupy one of the tenant spaces at the retail building approved by the Plan Commission late last year. Please refer to the informational booklet that was provided by the applicant. The Department is in support of the request. The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee on March 1st for further discussion. However, if there are no issues needing further review at committee DOCS would recommend the Commission suspend its rules and take final action on the request this evening. PCR-2005-0215
