Docket No. 13;00002 V Dear Ms. Walton: At the meeting held -f uesdLy, October 29, 2013. the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Ilearing Officer took tree following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 3822 W 14 Street. APPROVED: Docket No. 13100002 V: Development Standards Variance for 2 homes on 1 lot during construction with Commitment: Existing home will be demolished within 30 days of completion of the new home. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Lin, t of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must he underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of this approval is October 29, 2016. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
