At the meeting held Tuesday, October 29, 2013. the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 3666
Walden Place.
APPROVED: Docket No. 13090008 V: Development Standards Variance for maximum lot coverage of 359.46%
approved.
Please he advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance. the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time. either continuous construction of the improvements
must he underway. or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of this approval is October 29, 2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
