The Department is in support of the request and would like to see the applicant provide additional information on the following items outlined below: 1. Provide exhibit illustrating how rooftop mounted equipment will be screened. This can be a simple line drawing that verifies that any equipment will not extend beyond the roofline. 2. Provide details regarding the proposed outdoor seating and fence. This would include cut sheets of the table and chair design, umbrellas - if any, and planters/fence exhibit. Umbrellas should exclude advertising with the exception of tenant name. 3. Identify locations of wall mounted light fixtures included under tab 5 of the booklet.
