The site is located at 12700 Old Meridian Street and is zoned OMN - Old MeridianNillage Zone.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item will be on the February 16,2005, agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Please deliver plans to all T AC members by February 1, 2005, in order to be heard at the February 16,
2005, TAC meeting.
3. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than February 18, 2005. Published notice
is required within the Indianapolis Star.
4. Proof of Notice must be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, March 11, 2005.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. Required Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission
Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, March 4, 2005. Failure to submit such by
this time will result in the tabling of the petition to the April 19, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission.
6. The Item will appear on the March 15, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public
Hearings").
7. The Item will also appear on the Tuesday, March 29, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission
Subdivision Committee.
