Early Release-Long R dge Estates
Jeff, sorry for the de ay but just got an answer from our nspector. He indicated that the accel/decel lanes have not been
compacted and the stone base and asphalt binder have not been laid. Additionally, utility poles in these lanes still have to
be ~0ved. Engineering policy is all subdivision base and binder has to be complete. Tt~e~efore, we would not agree to
early release in Long Ridge at this time.

Pulte Homes has applied for an Early Release permit, for lot i9 of Long Ridge Estates. They have paid
their water Connection permit fee, We wanted to verify that you are aWare of their intent to build on
this one lot prior to full subdivision approvals.
