N GUARDIAN WELLS & SUITE 76 LIFE SAFETY & CODE SUMMARY PROJECT SUMMARY This project is a new tenant improvement project known as the Guardian Wells & Suite 76, occupying 4,399 square feet of the lower level floor of an existing Shell and Core project known as Carmel City Center. Guardian Wells & Suite 76 is a Group B occupancy, and the construction type is I-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. The Guardian Wells & Suite 76 tenant is a Business Occupancy providing an office facility for the residents of Carmel.
