Home My WebLink AboutD-2160-13 Additional Appropriation $100,000/Comm Center SPONSOR(s): Councilor(s) Snyder & Rider ORDINANCE D-2160-13 AS AMENDED AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE OPERATING BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS,an amount of$100,000 is needed to cover increased costs in the Communication's Center Budget Line Item #4350900 Other Contracted Services to fulfill the contractual obligations with consolidation of the Communications Center with Hamilton County; And WHEREAS, the General Fund has excess funds in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in the operating balance to appropriate to the Communications Center Budget Line Item #4350900 Other Contracted Services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel of Cannel, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund Operating Balances and for the purpose specified, subject to applicable laws, as follows: $100,000 from the GENERAL OPERATING BALANCE TO Communications Center Budget Line Item#4350900 Other Contracted Services $100,000 This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and execution by the Common Council and the Mayor as required by law.
