Of Public Hearing before the Carmel — Clay Township Board Of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer considering Docket. Numbers 13110001 V through 13110003 V was registered and
mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the public hearing to the adjacent property
owners listed in the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof; and (2) that placement of the

Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer to be held on Monday, November 25, 2013, at 5:15 p.m. in the
Carmel City Hall, Caucus Rooms. KRG Centre, LLC and Kite Realty Group are requesting
approval of Development Standards Variances to the Carmel Zoning Ordinance to permit three
wall identification signs, to permit a wall sign not facing a street frontage and to permit wall sign
height greater than 70% of spandrel panel height for the Walgreens Pharmacy in the existing
retail center located on the northwest corner of South Range Line Road and East 116th Street. I
have enclosed the formal Notice of Public Hearing.
