HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION Docket No. 65 -94 -PP NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission ( "Plan Commission "), meeting on the 16th day of August, 1994, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon an Application for Primary Plat ( "Application ") for the 181.61 -acre parcel of real estate located North of W. 106th Street, East of U.S. 421, and West of Shelbourne Road ( "Real Estate "). The Real Estate is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and is zoned S -1 Residence District under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana. The Application requests approval to develop the Real Estate as a single - family residential subdivision containing approximately 371 lots, to be known as Weston Communities. The development is to be a Cluster House Development. The Application is identified as Docket Number 65- 94 -PP. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the Office of the Director of Community Development, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. Written objections to the Application that are filed with the Secretary of the Plan Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the Application will be heard at the Public Hearing.
