LEGAL DESCRIPTION - OVERALL TRACT
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the
Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18
North, Range 03 East; thence on the East line of said Quarter-Quarter, South 00 degrees 08 minutes 12 seconds East
(assumed bearing) 777.80 feet; South 88 degrees 38 minutes 05 seconds West 184.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the herein described real estate; thence continuing South 88 degrees 38 minutes 05 seconds West
267.05 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line ofPro-Med Lane, the grant of right-of-way of which is recorded
