Dear Mrs.Altman:
At the meeting held Monday,November 25,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 10425 Westfield
Boulevard.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 13100005 V through 13100010 V: Development Standards Variances for minimum lot area
(12,000 square feet required,minimum 8,000 requested);minimum front yard(35 feet required,20 feet requested);
minimum aggregate side yard(25 feet required,20 feet requested);minimum lot width(100 feet required, 70 feet
requested); maximum lot coverage(35%allowed,up to 47%requested)and 10 feet rear yard buffer(no buffer requested
for lots 13-15).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,PP ( )y y e,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 25,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
