ONE completed Improvement Location Pertnft (Building.Pertnit) appGqtlon. 2 7W0 (2) complete sets of construcKion plans. 8uilding elevadons, faundation plan, fioar plan and typical wall section must be shown. Ail cross-sactions must be properfy detailed and labeled. At lease one crass- sactton must show R-values of buiiding materials to ensure compliance with the Indiana Enerqy Codes. If minimum R-values are not met on cross-section an Energy Code Compliance Worksheet must he completed. If manufactured trusses are used, a diagram must he included with buiidinq plans for all trusses being used. Truss diagrams must be stamped with the seal of the registered archited or engineer who is responsibfe for that design. Onty Indiana registratians will be recognized. If a commercial construction, plans must be stamoed aooroved bv the Indiana State Deoartmerrt or Fire Preverrtion 8 Buildina Saferi. Indipte total heigM oi buiiding on plans. 3.
