Under Ordinance, this is considered a violation and subject to fines; our records reveal this is -a-first offense for Filbrun Construction and as such, no fines are ap�lied. Piease be advised, however, that the next occasion will incur a late fee of $50.00, then $100.00 and each succeeding instance, $250.00. Additionally, please make arrangements with our office to have an on-site inspection of the footing construction by calling 571-2449 or 571-2450 any week-day morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. If you have any questions, you may call our office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. at 571-2444.
