Regarding the building permit referred to above:
A rough-in/finai inspection was scheduled with our office for 4/4/97; this project
also required a footing inspection, but records reveal that no f in inspections were
scheduled. inspected or approved by our office.
You were notified on April 11, 1997 to contact our office to arrange an on-site
inspection of the footing construction. To date, we have not heard from you.
Please note: Under Ordinance', our office will be unable to issue future permits
to you, your firm or any representative of your firm until this item has been corrected.
If you have any questions, please call our office atF571-2444, or the building
inspectors at 571-2449 or 571-2450 any week-day moming between 5:00 and 9:00

Regarding the building permit referred to above:
A footing inspection was required on this project, but was not called in. Under
Ordinance, this is considered a violation and subject to fines; our records reveal this is
-a-first offense for Filbrun Construction and as such, no fines are ap�lied. Piease be
advised, however, that the next occasion will incur a late fee of $50.00, then $100.00
and each succeeding instance, $250.00.
Additionally, please make arrangements with our office to have an on-site
inspection of the footing construction by calling 571-2449 or 571-2450 any week-day
morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
If you have any questions, you may call our office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45
p.m. at 571-2444.
