All corrections listed on the Notice of Corrections (copy enclosed) have been addressed. As per your cover letter(copy enclosed) dated September 18°i, please find enclosed, a check for the requested amount of$100.00 for the assessed late fee. Ritte�Ave., Suite D Indpls, IN 46219 RE: Permit# 1307.98 Tom Wood Lexus Commercial Addition @ 3006 E. 96th St. During a recently required final inspecfion, it was revealed that this project had been occupied prior to a final inspection and the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy C/O. As you are aware, this is irrviolation of Carmel/Clay Township building regulations; inspection procedures were provided when this permit was issued. Under Ordinance', late fees must be assessed as follows: First offense receives notification only, second is assessed $100.00, third,$250.00 and fourth and consecutive offenses receives $500.00. Our records reveal that,a $100.00 late fee must be assessed. The final inspection was not approved by our o�ce. (See attached). Please correct the defciency, pay the late fee and schedule a reinspection. Until this project has been approved, it remains not in compliance.
