The Di�edor; Departrnentof Community Senrices(or stafn shall approve or deny the improvement location permit(building,permit)within five (51 workinq davs of the receipt of the writfen applicadon fortn and accompanying materials. The improvement location permd(building pertnit)shall be issued when the proposed structure, improvement or use-and its location conform in all respects to this ordinance. The followina must be received bv the Deoartment of Communiiv Servicesbefore anv buildina or remodelinq oermit can be reviewed or issued bv staff: 1. ONE completed Improvement Location Permd(Building Pertnft) application. /2. TWO (2) complete sefs of construction plans. Building elevations, foundation plan,floor plan and typical �/ wall section must be shown. All cross-sections musEbe properfy detailed and labeled. At lease one cross- sec6on must show R-values of building materials to ensure compliance with the Indiana Energy Codes. If minimum R-values are not met on cross-section an Energy Code Compliance Worksheet must be completed. if manufactured trusses are used, a diagram must be included with building plans for all trvsses being used. Truss diagrams must be stamped with the seal of ihe registered archRect or engineer who is responsible for that design. Only Indiana registrations will be recognized. if a commercial construction, plans must be stamoed aooroved bv the Indiana State DeoartmeM of Fre Prevention &-Buildino'Safetv Indipte total height of building on plans. 3. ONE copy of sewer permit(from City of Cartnel Engineering Dept, Hamilton Westem Utili�es or Clay Regional Sewer District whichever applies), or septic pertnd(Hamilton County Health Departrnent). 4.
