1. ONE completed Improvement�ocation Permd(Building Permd) application.
2. TWO (2) complete sets of consvuction plans. Building elevations,foundation plan,,ftoor p{an.and lypipl
wall seccon must be shown. All,aross-sec5ons must be properly detaiied and labeled. At lease one cross-
secDOn must show R-values of building matenals to ensure compliance with the Indiana'Energy Codes. If
minimum R-values are not met on cross-sectioo an Energy Code Compiiance Worksheet muet be
completed. If manufactured trusses are used,a diagram must be inGuded with,buiiding plans for all trusses
being used. Truss diagrams must be stamped with the seal of the registered arehitect or engineer who is
responsible for thatdesign. ONy Indiana regisuations will be.�ecogn¢ed. If,a commercial!construcnon,
