The improvement location permit (building permit) shali be issued when the proposed structure, improvement or use and its locabon con(orm in all respecLs to this ordinance. The followinq must be received bv the Department of Communih/Services before anY buildinq or remodelinq permit can be reviewed or issued bv staff: �, ONE completed Improvzment Locafion Permit (Building Permit) application. 2. N�O (7_) complete sets of consVUC5on plans. Building eleva[ions, foundation plan, Ooor plan and typical v:zll section must be shown. All cross-sections must be properiy detailed and Izbeled. At lease one cross- section must show R-values of building mat=nals to ensure compliance vnth the Indiana Energy Codes. If minimum R-values are not met on cross-secBon an Energy Code Compliance Worksheet must be completed. If manufactured trusses are used, a diagram must be included with buildi�g plans for all trusses being used. Truss diagrams must be stamped with the seal of the registered archRect or engineer who is responsible for that design. Only Indiana registra6ons will be recognized. If a commercial wnstruction, plans must be stamned aoproved bv the Indiana S:ate Department of Fire Prevenfion & Buildinq Safetv. Indicate total height of building on plans. 3. ONE copy of sewer permit (from City of Carmel Engineenng Dept., Hamilton Westem Utlli�es or Clay Regional Sewer District whichever appiies), or sep5c permit (Hamiiton County Health Department). 4. ONE (1) copy of plot plan from subdivision development plan. 5.
