Petitioner, please note the following dates and events:
1. This item will be on the July 20, 2005, agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Please deliver plans to
all TAC members by July 5,2005, in order to be heard at the July TAC meeting.
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, July 22, 2005. Published notice is
required within the Indianapolis Star.
3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona
Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, August 5, 2005. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in
the tabling of the petition to the Sept. 20, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, August 12,2005. Failure
to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the August 16, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings"). The
Dept. will ask the Commission to approve this item the same night and not send it on to the committees.
6. This item may appear on the Tuesday, September 6, agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee.
PETITIONER: refer to your instruction sheet for more detail & please complete the following:
-1~ . ) Take "II" out of the title of the plat.
.2.) Show the alley as having a 16-ft right of way.
~3.) Add docket numbers to the plat: 05060038 PP Amend and 05060039 SP.
4.) Amend 04060027 PP to read 04060027 PP Amend.
p.) Change the Plan Commission approval paragraph to read "this plat was granted administrative approval on (date)", not
"was given approval ...adopted by the Plan Commission".
6.) On lot 33B, move the text reading 25' FYSB closer to the house, so that it is not confused with the 15-ft easement line.
7.) On Turner Drive, remove the radius on the north part of the street closest to the west property line. Just have the line
extend west with the rest of the pavement.
8.) Please submit a fully filled out and notarized Secondary Plat Application.
