The accesslb-e means of egress tn this case is the required exit at me exstng stair The ADA Accessibility Guidelines (Section 4,,1,3(1 ) state that aT east one accessible route complying with section 4.3 shall connect all accessible spaces within a ~acility. Section 4,1,3 (5) Exceptio~ 1 states that elevators are not required in facitit es that are less than ~nree (3) stories.
