THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BECOMING FAMILIAR WITH THE DEMOLITION ANDARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. FIELD VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS BEFOREBIDDING OR START OF ANY DEMOLITION WORK. CONTRACTOR MUST NOTIFY THEARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.1.DEMOLITION AT NO TIME PRIOR TO OR DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL JEOPARDIZE THEINTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.2.THE CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT FROM DAMAGE ALL EXISTING FINISH WORK THAT IS TOREMAIN. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION IS TO BE REPAIRED TOORIGINAL STATE BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THEOWNER/ARCHITECT.3.THIS PLAN SHOWS GENERAL DEMOLITION WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND DOES NO RELIEVETHE CONTRACTOR FROM OTHER DEMOLITION WORK REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THE BUILDINGMODIFICATION SHOWN ON REMAINING CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.4.DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIALS AND DEBRIS: EXCEPT WHERE NOTED, OTHERWISE ALLREMOVED MATERIALS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO SHALLPROMPTLY AND LEGALLY DISPOSE OF SAME, TOGETHER WITH ALL DEBRIS RESULTING FROMHIS WORK AWAY FROM OWNERS PROPERTY.
