APPROVED:Docket Nos.13120014 V, 13120015 V and 13120016 V: Development Standards Variances for minimum rear yard of 4 feet(15 feet required);one two feet deep projection(eight feet deep projections required every 60 feet);and 3 feet wide plantings along front of sidewalks(10 feet wide foundation plantings required). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is January 28,2017.
