N POLLEO SYSTEMS LIFE SAFETY & CODE SUMMARY PROJECT SUMMARY This project is a new tenant improvement project known as Polleo Systems, occupying 2,536 square feet of the 1st floor of an existing Shell and Core project known as Carmel City Center. Polleo Systems is a Group B occupancy, and the construction type is I-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth.
