You resubmitted plans on Monday, 2/3, in response to John Thomas’ 1/24 comments. Once John has had a chance to review the project and confirmed that all of his comments have been addressed, then the Stormwater Permit and Right-of-Way Permit can be issued. Due to the variances granted for the project, I will have no further review or comment, per my 1/29 email. Please let me know if you still have questions regarding the status of this project.
