The project is located on the Woodland Country Club property and includes additions to the existing Pro Shop as well as renovations to the existing locker rooms and poolside grill. The existing children’s pool will be removed and portions of the pool deck will be removed to accommodate the proposed building construction. Existing building connections will be modified to tie into the new building portions as well. The total disturbed area of the project is less than 0.5 acres.
