He provided us with pictures /filed) and pointed out his concerns after no~ get~%ng a response from Cennex. After revzewlng the photos, Jeff and I concluded that the foundation issues pointed out needed nc have an engineer evaluation done on it. Chuck Seale showed me the engineers report out in the field. ~he lot was missed numbered so I t¢ld .huck to contact Weber concrene, who hirec Richard Albright) and get a new letter with the correct lot n~mber and subdivision on it with additional verbage stating the engineer had reviewed the pictures provided to Chuck from Gary. I requested the enqineer also address the positioning ot the footing/pier in relation to the dirtwall edge and the footing. AS of right now we are waiting on the letter fr6m the engineer.
