The Mayor wanted to improve recordkeeping and establish a clear procedure for use of the City of

Policy for Use of City of Carmel Box at the Palladium
Scheduling
All requests for use of the city box at the Palladium by city officials and staff
should be directed to Sharon Kibbe in the Mayor's office at #571-2483 or
skibbe@carmel.in.gov.
Unused tickets for the city box will be released to the general public two
weeks prior to a performance unless a city official or staff has contacted
Sharon to purchase tickets or obtain tickets for economic development or
city promotional purposes.
If the city box isn't available at the time of the request, Sharon may be able
to make arrangements for use of another box.
Payment
City officials and staff shall personally pay for their tickets. However, if a
city official or staff is entertaining guest(s) for economic development or
city promotional purposes, the tickets for the guest(s) and the city official or
staff and his/her spouse will be made available at no cost to the city official
or staff and his/her spouse and guest(s) upon completion of the "Official Use
of City Box" form. This form will be kept on file for a period of 5 years in
the Mayor's office. The form does not need to be completed when tickets
are personally paid.
