THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Clay Township of Hamilton County,
Indiana (hereinafter the "Grantor "), hereby gives and dedicates to the Hamilton County Board of
Commissioners (hereinafter "Grantee "), for public right -of -way purposes only, the real estate
situated in Hamilton County, Indiana, and described and illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing casements, rights -of -ways and other
encumbrances of record.
This conveyance of real estate is not subject to Indiana gross income tax.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Dedication this 6 day of

Indiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 51 seconds West on
the south line of said Southeast Quarter 39.77 feet; thence North 00 degrees 21 minutes 09 seconds
West perpendicular to said south line a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein
described real estate, said point also being the southeast corner of the real estate described in
