Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes
54 seconds West along the east line thereof a distance of 434.94 feet; thence South 89 degrees 38
minutes 51 seconds West a distance of 40.00 feet to the east line of a tract of land described in
Instrument Number 92 -22622 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana (the
following two courses are along the east and south lines of said tract of land); (1) thence South 00
