These documents dedicate the right of way for Pennsylvania Street along the west side of the Health and Wellness Suites project, located in part of the West'/, Northeast 'A, Section 35, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. The Department of Engineering has received and approved construction plans for this project. Total acreage dedicated consists of 0.342 acres. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Chester and Mainstreet Asset Management for this dedication of Right Of Way.
