Reconcile contract value based on July '13 bid with November 14 Bid: $ 16,150.00 Add Make structural concrete repairs to East Spray Effect Platform: $ 23,150.00 Add Eliminate installation of underdrain behind south wall of main pool area: $ (15,000.00) Deduct INCLUDES: 1. The current contract value is based upon a July 2013 bid value. The additional funds will reconcile the true cost of the job with site conditions, material values and current labor rates in place with the project was rebid in November of 2014. 2. Removal and replacement of the elevated concrete effects platform in the East end of the main pool which has deteriorated to the point of full failure and is the principle source of water loss from the system. 3. The South side of the main reflecting pool has no piping infrastructure and does not require underdrain installation or wall repair on the back side. Any current water issues in that area are due to the deteriorated cast stone coping and will be rectified with the new granite coping installation. EXCLUDES: There is still potential for some minor crack repair work needed along the basin walls and floor, but largely the existing joints seems to be in functional condition.
